Founded in 2021, DCDC Academy of Healthcare offers a premier 2-Year Diploma in Dialysis Technology, accredited by the Association of Healthcare Providers India (AHPI) and the Indian Medical Association (IMA). This course is for 12th class passed students, in any stream—Science, Commerce, Arts, Maths, or Biology—with 40–50% marks, and are 17 years or older.
The program ensures a 100% job guarantee at one of our 200+ DCDC Kidney Care dialysis centers across India, with more centers adding every month. Students are usually placed at centers near their homes, making it convenient and comfortable. Most centers run in morning and evening shifts, with Sundays off—offering a rare work-life balance in the healthcare sector.

Deep Chand Garg’s legacy of community service, Aseem co-founded DCDC in 2009 to provide dignified, accessible, and affordable dialysis care. Despite having no prior medical background, he leveraged his business acumen and experience at Singapore’s National Kidney Foundation to build a patient-centric model that now operates over 200 centers across India.
In 2021, Aseem Garg launched DCDC Academy of Healthcare with a vision to create the next generation of skilled, compassionate healthcare professionals. His mission focuses on bridging the talent gap in renal care by offering job-ready training, empowering youth, and strengthening India’s healthcare ecosystem from the grassroots.

Dr. Deepak Agarwal, Vice President of Clinical Operations & Excellence at DCDC Kidney Care, brings over 15 years of experience in nephrology and dialysis care. As one of the oldest and most dedicated members of the DCDC family, his unwavering determination and clinical insight have played a vital role in shaping the organization’s healthcare journey. As the Principal and Head of Department at DCDC Academy of Healthcare, he is committed to delivering high-quality clinical education across India.
Committed to expanding access to healthcare education, Dr. Agarwal has been instrumental in introducing flexible learning models, including offline, online, and hybrid courses. These initiatives aim to reach students in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, ensuring that quality education is not limited by geography. Plans are underway to establish satellite centers in rural areas, further extending the Academy’s reach.
Under his leadership, the Academy offers a two-year Diploma in Dialysis Technology, designed to produce job-ready professionals.
